Uh oh! I could be in trouble!
An old knee injury appears to be playing up a little following a 7.5mile run this weekend and a 4.5 mile run this evening. Having spoken to my physio tonight, I have been advised to lay off pounding the pavements / tow path for a few days and to ensure that I am keeping my leg elevated and iced when possible. I am determined not to let the old injury upset my running plans or slow me down when I run the first leg of the Corporate Marathon so I need to listen to my physio and follow her advice for the next few weeks.
