With around 10 days to go until the run I felt it was time to get serious! I'm now running around five times each week, as well as my weekly game of football, in a desperate bid to improve my fitness and time ahead of the big day. Overall, everything appears to be going well and the main concern now is staying injury-free - with one more game of football to go next week, I'm hoping to not be the recipient of a crunching tackle. I think I might play in goal all game!.
